Ingredients
- Butter 200g
- Flour 200g
- Sugar 200g
- Milk 40ml(4 table spoons)
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- vanila essense 2 teaspoons
- salt half teaspoon
Method
- I used 18cm baking Tray or small tray,Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper and butter or spray the paper. pre-heat the oven to 170c
- Beat the butter and sugar
- in a seperate ball beat the eggs,milk and vanila together and add it to the above mixture and beat it well
- place the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) and mix it
- gradually add ingredients to the butter mixture,do not over mix it
- Scrape the batter into the prepared pan
- Bake for about 55 to 65 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
